Ramsay McGhee served for thirty years with Northern Constabulary - latterly as Head of Operations. He is now putting his extensive knowledge of the Highlands and Islands, Licensing Law and his senior management skills to good use by offering his services, primarily, in the role of a fully qualified ServeWise Trainer.

His previous experience as a Law Instructor at the renowned Scottish Police College, Tulliallan, where he served for three years will ensure that clients are trained to the highest standards.

In addition he has a sound knowledge of the Licensing Laws and recently gave evidence to Sheriff Principal Nicholson’s Licensing Review Group on behalf of the Scottish Police Service.

Ramsay McGhee, a fully qualified ServeWise Trainer, offers Licensees throughout the Highlands and Islands the opportunity to undertake the Scottish Personal Licence Holder Qualification and all other ServeWise Courses at a venue close to home, thereby considerably reducing the amount of staff downtime for necessary training and providing the opportunity to fully comply with the requirements of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the local Licensing Boards

We also offer a bespoke tourist package, tourist entertainment and a community project management service which will lead and assist groups throughout the North to successfully complete community safety and community enhancing projects.
